Safety first is the motto at Clarion. Equipment and facilities are maintained in shining form to prevent mishaps. Employees and their families are trained in fire fighting exercises.

Regular health screening of employees through routine medical check-ups ensures their health and competence.

Clarion believes that as custodians of the earth, we need to be actively involved in protecting it. The Group is involved in active afforestation programs and accordingly plants saplings every year at its manufacturing facilities. About 40% of the power used for the Group’s manufacturing activities is generated using windmills.

As a champion of primary education for all, Clarion encourages involvement of executive level employees in teaching underprivileged students in the vicinity of manufacturing centers. Distribution of food and clothing to destitute people are some of the ongoing social initiatives.
